During our recent family visit, we stayed for a relaxing night at Peppers, and it exceeded our expectations. the staff were exceptionally friendly and made check-in a breeze, even after midnight. Our spacious room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. the buffet breakfast was a delightful treat, with attentive service and excellent options. We appreciated the lovely pool for a refreshing swim after exploring the area. Room service was prompt and the food was deliciously hot.

I can just recommend this hotel.

The place was well-maintained, with its lovely friendly staff for at least ten unbearable minutes while he was being directed over the phone by a daytime receptionist;)))

Well-appointed and recently renovated units with a comfy double sofa bed, balcony and coffee table, and amiable staff. A wide array of great food for meals...

Beds were not comfortable.

The accommodation is of good quality and well-maintained. the staff are smart and helpful. the location is close to the northwestern suburbs of Sydney. the bedroom is pleasant.

That was well presented hotel set in lovely quiet area, right by transport, where to go and howbest to get there, Reasonably close to major shops at Castle Hill, and the business district. Had a brand-new and good-sized room with opening windows and a lounge, for instance, and I couldn't ask for more.

The room was well-appointed and well presented with good bathroom facilities, exceeding my expectations.

Spacious suite, generally pleasant staff, great swimming pool, secure parking.

General maintenance -shower dripped, toilet ran , and safe had low battery rendering it unlockable. When we checked in we were initially allocated a standard room despite booking a suite online. This was rectified when I produced the written evidence of online booking which was taken away and photocopied. If they were not aware of our booking (as they seemed not to be) we may have been fortunate that they hadn't given it to someone else. Other annoyance was that the cleaning staff kept taking our second room key which meant we had to replace both.

Rooms here are spacious and tidy, featuring a comfortable large bed, a coffee table, and windows that can be opened to let in some fresh air. 🌿.

The pool was great had it all to myself which was even better for laps. the room was comfortable and clean and they changed all the towels for the next day great service.

The reception staff were very helpful. Any request or question I had was easily dealt with. The mix up between bookings.com and the actual hotel was resolved in my favour. Had this occured at another hotel I'm sure I would not as been as satisfied. Thank you for a stress free stay.

The triple room was huge and elegant, with a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron. It's a fairly clean place with exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff were nice and kind people.

I really enjoyed the stay there it was quiet, comfortable and spacey.

Easy check-in and no hassles anywhere. Room ready and pleasant. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep.

Breakfast in the restaurant was overbooked and busy and brekky left a lot to be desired. Guess that is problem with having breakfast on Fathers Day. I am sure other times the breakfast is yummy.

Staying in the double room was great - it had everything you could want like a safe for your stuff, a mini-fridge, and central heating to keep you cozy. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with lots of tasty options to choose from! 🍳.
